В большинстве случаев лечение зубов у детей проходит быстро и практически безболезненно. Однако, в некоторых случаях (особенно в случаях с особенными детьми) стоматолог может порекомендовать провести лечение зубов у детей в медикаментозном сне (под наркозом). Когда медикаментозный сон может быть рекомендован детям?

Рекомендации по медикаментозному сну можно разделить на три группы: во-первых, когда ребенок в связи с маленьким возрастом или с негативным предыдущим опытом лечения зубов  категорически не настроен на лечение в обычных условиях. Ко второй группе показаний относятся ситуации, когда объем стоматологического вмешательства очень большой или оно очень сложное и занимает много времени. В таком случае даже самому терпеливому ребенку очень трудно выдержать такую ​​нагрузку в условиях обычного приема. И к третьей группе показаний относятся сугубо медицинские, например, значительная аллергизация ребенка или заболевания центральной нервной системы, когда лечение в обычных условиях просто противопоказаны. Одно из преимуществ лечения во сне – это возможность провести качественное стоматологическое лечение значительных объемов в одно посещение, избежав возникновения страхов у ребенка и нервотрепки у родителей.

Безопасен медикаментозный сон для ребенка?

Например, наша клиника – единственная стоматологическая клиника в Украине, где используется самая современная наркозная станция, которая дает возможность мониторинга всех жизненно важных функций организма. Мы можем быстро и должным образом реагировать на любые изменения состояния пациента, чтобы лечение было максимально безопасным и эффективным. Также у нас есть BIS-мониторинг, который определяет глубину седации и ребенок будет иметь лишь поверхностный сон, что делает невозможным осложнения в плане передозировки препаратов.

Мы называем эту процедуру лечением «во сне», или глубокой седацией, тем самым подчеркивая его отличие от традиционного медицинского наркоза. Препараты севофлуран или пропофол, которые мы используем, относятся к так называемым гипнотикам – они погружают ребенка в сон. Это самые безопасные препараты для седации, которые существуют на сегодняшний день в мире. Они нетоксичны, не накапливаются в организме, не вызывают привыкания и аллергических реакций, не противопоказаны пациентам, страдающим такими заболеваниями, как эпилепсия, ДЦП, пороки сердца, поражения печени и почек. В нашей клинике лечатся дети с 9-10 месяцев и более. Поэтому мы можем использовать как севофлуран, так и пропофол для эффективного и безопасного проведения стоматологического лечения.

Как нужно готовить ребенка к лечению в состоянии медикаментозного сна?

0q3b5290 300x200 - Лечение зубов во снеПрежде всего детский врач-анестезиолог определяет общее состояние здоровья. После сбора информации назначается общий анализ крови с необходимыми уточнениями. Анестезиолог изучает эти анализы, осматривает ребенка и дает рекомендации по подготовке. Если у анестезиолога есть замечания, он может назначить дополнительные обследования.

 

Как происходит стоматологическое лечение в условиях медикаментозного сна?

Если противопоказаний нет, то родителей с ребенком приглашают в кабинет, где маленький пациент смотрит мультики, а в это время вводятся препараты и ребенок засыпает. После этого малыш переносится в стоматологическое кресло и проводится необходимое лечение. Средняя продолжительность лечения в “медикаментозном сне” – 2-3 часа, после чего ребенок просыпается, как правило, в хорошем настроении.

Каждый день мы проводим 3-4 лечения в медикаментозном сне, у нас работает 4 опытных анестезиолога и очень четко отработано протокол лечения в седации. Я, как детский стоматолог и отец четверых детей, хочу заверить родителей, что однократное недолговременное лечения в условиях медикаментозного сна поможет решить стоматологические проблемы с зубами, которые уже беспокоят ребенка или могут начать беспокоить привести к значительным осложнениям и даже к необходимости экстренной госпитализации.
